Surf Coast Shire thinks visitors to Bells need an interpretive visitors centre to help visitors get a handle on the true essence of the Bells reserve – complete with albatross and dolphin statues and the whole ‘Disney’ treatment.

The Bells Beach Preservation Society believes that if the reserve is managed properly it will sell itself. The real stars of the Bells experience are the waves and the natural coastline.

This section of the site is where we post photos from over the years that help to articulate what we feel is the true spirit of the reserve.
